Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to define and lead Rivvun’s overall AI, platform, and technology strategy. This is a foundational executive role responsible for shaping the company’s long-term technical direction, building world-class teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and differentiated AI systems.

You will operate at the intersection of technology, product, and business, translating emerging AI capabilities into real enterprise value while establishing Rivvun as a leader in Agentic AI.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead Rivvun’s AI and platform strategy, aligning with company vision, product direction, and market opportunity
• Drive architecture across agentic AI systems, including orchestration, multi-agent coordination, runtime controls, governance, security, and scalability
• Establish and evolve reference architectures, platform standards, and engineering principles for building enterprise-grade AI systems
• Build and lead high-performing teams across AI, engineering, and platform functions, fostering a strong culture of innovation and execution
• Partner closely with founders, product, and GTM leaders to ensure technology strategy aligns with customer needs and business outcomes
• Represent Rivvun in strategic customer engagements, partnerships, and industry forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in Agentic AI
• Drive adoption of modern AI architectures and tools (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks) across the platform
• Establish strong governance, security, and responsible AI practices, including policy enforcement, auditability, and compliance
• Define and execute a long-term innovation roadmap, staying ahead of emerging trends in AI and enterprise platforms
• Ensure delivery of scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient AI systems that meet enterprise expectations

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, platform engineering, or technology leadership
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as CTO, Chief Architect, Head of AI, or equivalent
• Strong track record of building and scaling cloud-native, enterprise-grade platforms
• Deep expertise in:
  • LLMs and Generative AI
  • Agentic AI and multi-agent systems
  • Orchestration frameworks and RAG architectures
  • Enterprise AI deployment and lifecycle management
• Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership
• Strong executive presence with experience working across product, engineering, customers, and partners
• Experience driving organizational alignment, technical direction, and innovation at scale

Technical Depth (Expected)

• Strong understanding of LLM ecosystems, prompt orchestration, reasoning patterns, and failure handling
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar platforms
• Expertise in multi-agent architectures, memory systems, and stateful AI workflows
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed system design
• Strong grounding in security, governance, and compliance frameworks for enterprise AI
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant)
