After decades helping global enterprises run their most critical systems, Anand kept seeing the same problem, companies didn’t lack data, they lacked execution. Revenue was negotiated but never realized. Value was contracted but never captured. He is now laser-focused on creating autonomous enterprise systems designed to continuously improve how businesses earn and spend.

Niranjan Umarane is a builder-operator with 28 years’ experience turning procurement and supply-chain complexity into measurable value. With 11+ years at Icertis, he led Product, Pre-Sales, and Engineering, helping build and scale a category-defining SaaS platform to multi-billion-dollar value. Enterprises don’t lose money in strategy; they lose it in the gaps, fragmented data, slow handoffs, manual decisions. Niranjan is now focused on building enterprise-grade agentic AI that delivers intelligence in motion for decisions with 360° context that help realize value.

He notably bootstrapped Bolton Remote into an Inc. 5000 firm, leading its private-equity-backed acquisition after scaling global delivery teams for top-tier SaaS companies. Previously, Patrick was a management consultant at Accenture Japan, directing multi-country operations for multinational enterprises. He now specialises in scaling fast-growing ventures, building execution engines to move agentic AI from pilot to enterprise-grade production with measurable impact.
